What Can Counselling help with?
Counselling may be helpful if you are experiencing concerns regarding yourself, your feelings, thoughts, behaviours and relationships and where there is a desire for change in your life.
At different times in our lives we might find that we need support from someone who can help us through the difficulties which we all face. Talking to someone who is separate and independent from your life and who is specifically trained and experienced can be very beneficial. We tend to avoid our problems and the emotions that accompany them and often turn to other distractions that may make us feel better for a while. Rather than suppressing these difficulties counselling allows us to face them, understand them and take decisions and actions to change them.
